Hi! I'm Susan Ebeling and I've been has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006! I chose a real estate career because I thought it was something I could learn about slowly, take the classes and get my license. I didn't know I would enjoy it so much. I quit my job and dived in full time right away and I'm still loving it!
My favorite client story: Doing a walk-through the night before closing day, we noticed a headstone in the front yard under a tree that we had not noticed before. I found out it was the seller's dog they laid to rest and the seller was not going to upset his wife and remove it, but my buyers needed it gone. So that night in the dark, my friend and I took his pickup, wrapped a chain around this huge stone and pulled it out.
I am a Lakota, ND native and I earned a degree from from Minnesota State University - Moorhead with a degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to real estate, I spent 12 years working in the correctional field in a maximum security prison and as a probation/parole officer and I was also an EMT for the local ambulance service. I live in South Fargo with my dog, Shilo, a German Shepherd/Border Collie mix.
