Hi! I'm Susan Ebeling and I've been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006. I pride myself in great communication and follow through, and have the drive to get things done for my clients. I realize there are many options for people when it comes to buying and selling real estate, so it is not taken for granted when I am able to be part of such an important transaction. Beyond Realty takes great pride in keeping us agents up to date with the ever changing world of real estate, and I'm fortunate to be part of such a great organization.
My work philosophy is to be up front, honest, over communicate and really listen to what your goals are. I go the extra mile for my clients and want to exceed your expectations. My clients feel like extended family. I hope your experience working with me is positive and you are quick to share my name with others needing real estate guidance.
About me:
I am a Lakota, ND native and graduated from MN State Moorhead with a degree in Criminal Justice. I spent 12 years in the corrections field working in a maximum security prison in SD and then as a probation/parole officer in MN. In 2006 I made the move into real estate and have been helping clients ever since.
I spend my free time going to concerts and enjoy other live performances. I spend a lot of time with friends and family, but also enjoy spending time at home working on home projects. I like to read and try new recipes. I'm very close with my nieces, who have little ones of their own now, so spending time with them is always a treat.
I'm involved in the FM Area Association of Realtors, serving on the Outreach Committee. Beyond Realty is active in the community in many different areas. My favorite places to help is anything to do with dogs, I'm a huge dog lover. I also participate in events with the Great North Pole and The Ronald McDonald House.
