Favorite Client Story: Doing a walk-through the night before closing day, we noticed a headstone in the front yard under a tree that we had not noticed before. I found out it was the seller's dog they laid to rest and the seller was not going to upset his wife and removed it, but my buyers needed it gone. So that night in the dark, my friend and I took his pickup, wrapped a chain around this huge stone and pulled it out.
Who was your first real estate client? My first real estate client was a friend from college that decided since he was almost 40, he could stop renting. He bought a twinhome that he still lives in today.
